Past Due Invoices will be subject to a monthly charge. We reserve the right to make a Finance Charge computed by a periodic rate of 2% interest per month, 24% annum. Charges will be added to all unpaid balances after 30 days.
No products are to be returned without written authorization. Specialty items such as cart covers, sling bags, laundry bags with stripes, custom printed bags, or other extras will not be accepted for return. We do not guarantee shades of color fabric due to dye lot changes. No warranties are implied and all items are sold as is.
If there is a defect in the product, you must notify Ross Textiles, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to either repair the product, replace the product, or issue a full or partial refund/credit.
Orders being canceled will be charged for all work completed. Typographical or clerical errors in pricing, quotations, orders, or acknowledgements are subject to correction.
Prices are based on our most popular sizes and styles ordered on a daily basis. Call for pricing on large quantity orders and bids. We can custom manufacture products to your specifications. All pricing + S&H, unless specified otherwise. While we may offer a shipping cost online referencing “UPS” as the carrier, we reserve the right to ship via any carrier available in your delivery area, including but not limited to FedEx & USPS.
Turn-around time varies. Most orders ship same day, while other orders may take 10-15 working days.

Washing / Care Instructions:
Proper care will increase the life span of most any product you purchase, especially items such as our laundry bags and cart covers. Each fabric has it’s own set of washing/care instructions, but here are a few basic rules to follow for the main fabric types:
Nylon – Spray and Wipe clean with mild detergent, or Cold Water Wash, Line Dry or Tumble Dry Low Heat. Excessive heat will cause melting. Over time, nylon colors can fade, especially if in the sun for long periods of time. The sun can also cause the fabric to dry rot if over exposed.
Cotton & Poly/Cotton – Cold Water Wash, Tumble Dry Low Heat. Excessive heat will cause shrinkage. Colors may bleed or fade slightly when washed. Should always wash cotton & poly/cotton colors one time before using.
Spun Polyester – Able to withstand normal wash and dry process. Colors may bleed or fade slightly when washed. Should always wash spun polyester colors one time before using. Slight shrinkage may occur when dried, but should be minimal.
Polyester Mesh – Able to withstand industrial wash and dry process. Colors are heat set to prevent bleeding and fading. Slight shrinkage may occur when dried, but should be minimal.
Vinyl – Spray and Wipe clean with mild detergent. Over time, vinyl colors can fade, especially if in the sun for long periods of time. The sun can also cause the fabric to dry rot if over exposed.
Clear Vinyl – Spray and Wipe clean with mild detergent. Marine Grade. Better suited for outdoor use. Able to withstand cracking and dry rotting better than standard vinyls.
Excessive heat can cause most any fabric to shrink or melt.
